Investing.com – Saudi Arabia shares were lower after Sunday’s close as losses in the , and sectors dragged shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the exchange were Riyadh Cement Co (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.88% or 2.95 points to trade at 32.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Industrial Export Co (TADAWUL:) added 9.76% or 0.24 points to end at 2.70 and Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:) rose 5.81% or 1.70 points to 30.95 in late trading.
The worst performers of the session were AL-BABTAIN POWER & TELECOM CO (TADAWUL :), which fell 8.00% or 3.45 points to trade at 39.65 at the close. Al-Jouf Agriculture Development Co (TADAWUL:) fell 7.67% or 5.20 points to end at 62.60 and Shatirah House Restaurant Co (TADAWUL:) fell 7.11% or 1.50 points to 19, 60.
The number of falling stocks outnumbered rising stocks on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 175 to 129, with 25 ending unchanged.

Crude oil for December fell 2.74%, or 1.98, to $70.38 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for January delivery fell 2.33% or 1.76 to $73.87 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.41% or 11.00 to $2,694. 80 per troy ounce.
EUR/SAR fell 0.74% to 4.03, while USD/SAR was unchanged 0.00% to 3.76.
US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.50% to 104.89.
