Investing.com – Polish shares were lower after Thursday’s close as losses in the , and sectors dragged shares lower.

The best artists of the session on the were Tauron Polska Energy SA (WA:), which rose 2.28% or 0.08 points to trade at 3.36 at the close. In the meantime, Eurocash SA (WA:) added 2.19% or 0.21 points to end at 9.82 and Benefit systems SA (WA:) rose 2.17% or 55.00 points to 2,590.00 in late trading.
The worst performers of the session were Cyfrowy Polsat SA (WA:), which fell 2.93% or 0.36 points to close at 11.91. Powszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczen SA (WA:) fell 2.12% or 0.89 points to end at 41.02 and Jastrzebska Spotka Weglowa SA (WA:) fell 2.07% or 0.57 points to 26.93.
Rising shares outnumbered falling shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange by 237 to 232 and 121 ended unchanged.
November crude oil deliveries rose 2.03%, or 1.49, to $74.73 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for December delivery rose 2.10%, or 1.61, to $78.19 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.48%, or 12.55, to $2,638. 55 per troy ounce.
EUR/PLN rose 0.19% to 4.30, while USD/PLN rose 0.27% to 3.94.
US Dollar Index Futures were unchanged 0.00% at 102.69.
