Oracle (NYSE:) rose 8% after beating quarterly earnings per share and revenue estimates. Notably, cloud infrastructure revenue was $2.2 billion, up 45% in USD and up 46% at constant exchange rates.
Category (RBRK) fell 3% despite beating top and bottom line expectations in the second quarter and lifting guidance. Management said the results demonstrate the company’s ability to balance high revenue growth with improved progress toward its long-term profitability goals.
Vir Biotechnology (NASDAQ:) rose 1% after announcing the completion of its exclusive global licensing agreement with Sanofi, announced on August 1.
Relay therapy (RLAY) fell 5% after it began an underwritten public offering of $200 million of common stock. Shares rose 50% intraday after positive interim data for RLY-2608.
