The worst performers of the session were Nel ASA (OL:), which fell 6.25% or 0.19 points to trade at 2.85 at the close. Tomra systems ASA (OL:) fell 1.79% or 2.70 points to end at 148.10 and Mowi ASA (OL:) fell 0.51% or 1.00 points to 194.45.

Shares in Nel ASA (OL:) fell to their lowest level in five years; a loss of 6.25% or 0.19 to 2.85.
Crude oil for February fell 0.09%, or 0.06, to $70.10 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for March delivery rose 1.24% or 0.90 to $73.22 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to trade at $2,633.50 per troy ounce.
EUR/NOK rose 0.72% to 11.85, while USD/NOK rose 0.57% to 11.38.
US Dollar Index Futures were trading 0.18% higher at 108.00.
