Investing.com – Italian stocks were higher after Tuesday’s close as gains in the , and sectors pushed shares higher.
At the close in Milan, the price rose by 0.48%.
The best artists of the session on the were Ferrari NV (BIT:), which rose 1.70% or 7.30 points to close at 437.70. Meanwhile Davide Campari Milano SpA (BIT:) added 1.28% or 0.10 points to end at 8.24 and ERG (BIT:) rose 1.17% or 0.28 points to 24.20 in late trading.
The worst performers of the session were Brunello Cucinelli (BIT:), which fell 1.89% or 1.70 points to trade at 88.10 at the close. Saipem SpA (BIT:) fell by 1.64% or 0.03 points to end at 2.04 and Tenaris SA (BIT:) fell 1.17% or 0.15 points to 12.70.
On the Milan stock exchange, rising shares outnumbered falling shares by 249 to 227, with 56 ending unchanged.

Crude oil for October fell 2.08%, or 1.61, to $75.81 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for November delivery fell 1.83% or 1.47 to $78.89 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.38% or 9.70 to $2,545. 50 per troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.01% to 1.12, while EUR/GBP was unchanged 0.31% to 0.84.
US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.08% to 100.66.
