In the meantime, Camtek Ltd (TASE 🙂 added 5.14% or 1,340.00 points to end at 27,400.00 and Ashtrom group Ltd (TASE:) rose 3.63% or 223.00 points to 6,368.00 in late trading.
The worst performers of the session were Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:), which fell 5.61% or 289.00 points to trade at 4,859.00 at the close. Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:) fell 3.11% or 540.00 points to end at 16,850.00 and Phoenix Holdings Ltd (TASE:) fell 2.64% or 123.00 points to 4,540.00.
The number of declining stocks outnumbered rising stocks on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 256 to 213, with 69 ending unchanged.
Shares in Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:) rose to a 52-week high; increase of 3.63% or 223.00 to 6,368.00.
January crude oil deliveries rose 0.23%, or 0.16, to $68.88 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for February delivery rose 0.39%, or 0.28, to $72.58 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.06%, or 1.71, to $2,663. 09 per troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.04% at 3.65, while EUR/ILS was unchanged 0.01% at 3.85.
US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.10% to 106.15.
