Investing.com – Israeli stocks were lower after Sunday’s close as losses in the , and sectors dragged shares lower.

The best artists of the session on the were Delek Group (TASE:), which rose 3.39% or 1,220.00 points to trade at 37,200.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Nova (TASE:) added 2.23% or 1,930.00 points to end at 88,300.00 and OPC energy Ltd (TASE:) rose 1.37% or 36.00 points to 2,670.00 in late trading.
The worst performers of the session were NICE Ltd (TASE:), which fell 3.30% or 2,120.00 points to close at 62,170.00. Ashtrom group Ltd (TASE 🙂 fell 3.15% or 146.00 points to end at 4,494.00 and ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:) fell 2.31% or 39.00 points to 1,649.00.
The number of declining stocks outnumbered rising stocks on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 329 to 123, with 87 ending unchanged.
Shares in Nova (TASE:) soared to record highs; increase by 2.23% or 1,930.00 to 88,300.00.
Crude oil fell 0.17%, or 0.13, to $78.05 per barrel in August. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for August delivery fell 0.10% or 0.08 to $82.67 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 1.31% or 30.40 to trade at $2,348.40 per troy ounce.
USD/ILS rose 0.17% to 3.72, while EUR/ILS fell 0.14% to 3.98.
US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.04% to 105.17.
