Investing.com – Finnish stocks were higher after Wednesday’s close as gains in the , and sectors pushed stocks higher.
At the close in Helsinki, shares gained 1.33%.
The best artists of the session on the were Konecranes ABP (HE:), which rose 8.32% or 4.30 points to trade at 56.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Cargotec Oyj (HE:) added 4.99% or 3.80 points to end at 79.95 and Qt Group Oyj (HE:) rose 4.62% or 3.90 points to 88.40 in late trading.
The worst performers of the session were Mandatum Oyj (HE:), which fell 0.68% or 0.03 points to trade at 4.21 at the close. Metsa Board Oyj B (HE:) fell 0.55% or 0.04 points to end at 7.28 and Nokia Oyj (HE:) fell 0.39% or 0.01 points to 3.56.
On the Helsinki Stock Exchange, rising stocks outnumbered falling stocks by 89 to 65 and 30 ended unchanged.

Brent crude for August rose 0.50% or 0.41 to $82.33 per barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, crude oil for July delivery rose 0.49% or 0.38 to $78.28 per barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 1.10% or 25.50 to $2,352.10 per troy ounce.
EUR/USD rose 0.96% to 1.08, while EUR/GBP was unchanged 0.17% to 0.84.
US Dollar Index Futures fell 1.20% to 103.94.
