The best performers of the session on the stock market were Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize NV (AS:), which rose 0.83% or 0.23 points to close at 28.11. Meanwhile, Koninklijke KPN NV (AS:) added 0.81% or 0.03 points to end at 3.47 and Unilever PLC (AS:) rose 0.65% or 0.34 points to 52.34 in the late trading.
The worst performers of the session were ING Group NV (AS:), which fell 3.17% or 0.51 points to close at 15.56. IMCD NV (AS:) fell 3.04% or 4.35 points to end at 138.70 and Adyen NV (AS:) fell 2.94% or 36.60 points to 1,209.00.
The number of falling shares outnumbered rising shares on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange by 83 to 23 and 8 ended unchanged.
Shares of Unilever PLC (AS:) rose to a three-year high; gain from 0.65% or 0.34 to 52.34.
The , which measures the implied volatility of AEX options, remained unchanged at 0.00% at 21.09.
Crude oil for July fell 0.17%, or 0.13, to $78.37 per barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for August delivery fell 0.11% or 0.09 to $82.51 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 1.79% or 42.05 to $2,312.75 per troy ounce.
EUR/USD fell 0.54% to 1.07, while EUR/GBP was unchanged 0.22% to 0.84.
US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.14% to 104.76.
