The number of falling shares outnumbered rising shares on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange by 64 to 38 and 9 ended unchanged.

November crude oil deliveries rose 3.02%, or 2.21, to $75.45 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for December delivery rose 3.06%, or 2.34, to $78.92 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.65%, or 16.95, to $2,642. 95 per troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.11% to 1.09, while EUR/GBP was unchanged 0.01% to 0.84.
