Investing.com – Dutch stocks were lower after Tuesday’s close as losses in the , and sectors dragged shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the stock market were BE Semiconductor Industries NV (AS:), which rose 4.97% or 7.40 points to trade at 156.40 at the close. In the meantime, Wolters Kluwer (AS:) added 0.47% or 0.70 points to end at 149.20 and ASM International NV (AS:) rose 0.32% or 2.20 points to 693.80 in late trading.
The worst performers of the session were ArcelorMittal SA (AS:), which fell 2.66% or 0.62 points to close at 22.67. ASR Nederland NV (AS:) fell by 2.33% or 1.06 points to end at 44.34 and Adyen NV (AS:) fell 2.16% or 26.40 points to 1,198.40.
The number of falling shares outnumbered rising shares on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange by 77 to 24 and 9 ended unchanged.
Shares in ASM International NV (AS:) rose to record highs; gain of 0.32% or 2.20 to 693.80.
The , which measures the implied volatility of AEX options, remained unchanged at 0.00% at 21.09.
July crude oil deliveries rose 0.45%, or 0.35, to $78.09 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for August delivery rose 0.55% or 0.45 to $82.08 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.08% or 1.90 to $2,328.90 per troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.25% to 1.07, while EUR/GBP was unchanged 0.21% to 0.84.
US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.15% to 104.96.
