Investing.com – Colombian stocks were higher after Tuesday’s close as gains in the , and sectors pushed stocks higher.

Meanwhile, Grupo Argos SA Pref (BVC:) added 2.29% or 300.00 points to end at 13,400.00 and Bancolombia SA (BVC:) rose 2.05% or 780.00 points to 38,780.00 in the late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana SA (BVC :), which fell 3.77% or 1,300.00 points to trade at 33,200.00 at the close. Group Nutresa SA (BVC:) fell 1.25% or 1,000.00 points to end at 79,000.00 and Organization Terpel SA (BVC:) fell 0.94% or 100.00 points to 10,500.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered rising stocks on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
Shares in Bancolombia SA (BVC:) rose to a 52-week high; increasing by 2.05% or 780.00 to 38,780.00.
U.S. Coffee C for March rose 0.70%, or 1.97, to $284.17. Elsewhere in commodities trading, U.S. cocoa for March delivery rose 3.02% or 251.00 to $8,566.00, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.81% or 21.05 to $2,635.65 per troy ounce.
USD/COP fell 0.02% to 4,395.99, while BRL/COP fell 0.41% to 761.89.
US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.08% to 106.12.
