The worst performers of the session were Cementos Argos Pf (BVC:), which fell 2.95% or 220.00 points to trade at 7,250.00 at the close. Ecopetrol SA (BVC:) fell 2.35% or 40.00 points to end at 1,660.00 and Interconnection Electric SA ESP (BVC:) fell 1.56% or 280.00 points to 17,700.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered rising stocks on the Colombia Stock Exchange.

USD/COP rose 0.86% to 4,360.25, while BRL/COP rose 0.08% to 759.88.
US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.43% to 104.82.
