Investing.com – Brazilian stocks were higher after Friday’s close as gains in the , and sectors pushed stocks higher.

The best artists of the session on the were Azul SA Pref (BVMF:), which rose 22.52% or 0.91 points to trade at 4.95 at the close. In the meantime, CVC Brazil ON (BVMF:) added 14.29% or 0.26 points to end at 2.08 and Braskem SA (BVMF:) rose 7.79% or 1.40 points to 19.38 in late trading.
The worst performers of the session were Sendas Distribuidora SA (BVMF:), which fell 2.98% or 0.27 points to trade at 8.80 at the close. Atacadao S.A (BVMF:) fell 2.67% or 0.25 points to end at 9.11 and Vibra Energia SA (BVMF:) fell 1.60% or 0.41 points to 25.28.
Rising stocks outpaced falling stocks on the B3 Stock Exchange by 592 to 340, with 49 ending unchanged.
Shares in Sendas Distribuidora SA (BVMF:) fell to an all-time low; loss of 2.98% or 0.27 to 8.80.
