Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after Wednesday’s close as gains in the , and sectors pushed stocks higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the price rose by 0.74%.
The best performers of the session on the were GN Store Nord (CSE:), which rose 3.82% or 8.20 points to trade at 222.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Demant A/S (CSE:) added 3.80% or 12.40 points to end at 339.00 and Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:) rose 3.14% or 17.00 points to 558.50 in late trading.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CSE:), which fell 2.48% or 47.00 points to trade at 1,847.00 at the close. Novozymes A/SB (CSE:) fell 0.35% or 1.50 points to end at 422.30 and Carlsberg A/SB (CSE:) fell 0.29% or 2.80 points to 956.20.
Rising stocks outpaced falling stocks on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 91 to 44, with 22 ending unchanged.
Shares in Genmab (CSE:) fell to a three-year low; lost 2.48% or 47.00 to 1,847.00.
July crude oil deliveries rose 0.13%, or 0.10, to $78.00 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for August delivery rose 0.23% or 0.19 to $82.11 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.88% or 20.45 to $2,347.05 per troy ounce.
USD/DKK fell 0.96% to 6.88, while EUR/DKK was unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
US Dollar Index Futures fell 1.22% to 103.92.
